Customized cutting of nickel titanium alloy pipes, with laser cutting (femtosecond/fiber optic) and precision post-processing as the core, can be customized according to outer diameter of 0.18-25mm, wall thickness of 0.025-3mm, length and pattern, with medical grade precision up to ± 0.002mm.


1、 Core customization parameters (can be ordered directly)

Material: binary nickel titanium (Ni54.5-57%), multi-element doping; The phase transition temperature Af can be adjusted from -40 ℃ to 100 ℃.

-Outer diameter OD: 0.18-25mm (commonly 0.5-10mm).

-Wall thickness WT: 0.025-3mm, with thin walls up to 0.05mm.

-Length: 0.5-2000mm, tolerance ± 0.01-0.05mm.

Accuracy and Surface

-Diameter tolerance: small pipe ± 0.002mm, large pipe ± 0.01mm.

3、 Customized process (3-7 days delivery)

1. Provide drawings/parameters: OD x WT x length, cutting pattern, accuracy, surface requirements, application scenarios (medical/industrial).

2. Material confirmation: Medical grade (ASTM F2063/ISO 13485) or industrial grade, provide material certification.

3. Programming and sampling: Laser programming → First piece sample confirmation (1-2 days).

4. Batch cutting: femtosecond/fiber laser cutting → deburring → cleaning → heat treatment shaping → testing → packaging.
