1、 Definition and Material Characteristics:
Nickel titanium cold-rolled tubes are made from nickel titanium alloy as raw material, with a main component of nickel and titanium in an atomic ratio of approximately 50:50, which can be adjusted according to demand. This alloy has shape memory effect and superelasticity, which means that within a certain temperature range, the pipe can remember its original shape. When deformed by external force, it can return to its original shape when heated or removed, and can also withstand significant elastic deformation without permanent damage.

2、 Production process:
Firstly, high-purity nickel and titanium are proportioned and melted into ingots through vacuum induction melting or vacuum consumable arc melting. After homogenization annealing and surface treatment, the ingots are heated to 600-900 ℃ for hot extrusion to produce hollow tube billets. Then hot rolling or hot drawing is carried out to further reduce the diameter and wall thickness, and annealing treatment is required after each processing. Then, cold drawing or cold rolling is carried out at room temperature to obtain precise dimensions and good surface quality through multiple passes of processing. During the processing, the deformation of each pass should be controlled, and periodic intermediate annealing should be performed. Finally, after straightening, cutting, heat treatment, surface treatment, and performance testing, the finished nickel titanium cold-rolled tube is produced.
3、 Size specifications:
